MSA’s Mission Statement
To provide the primary and supportive services to local governments in the areas of wireless planning and siting, wired and wireless broadband and telecommunications franchise management, and general telecommunications counsel.
We accomplish this by providing cities and counties with a robust and strategic information base when working with wired and wireless telecommunications companies, so that local governments may protect the rights and interests of their citizens.
